Studio policies

- A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total and may be restricted from future bookings.
- All appointments include a 10 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be cancelled and treated as a same day cancellation. Services will be adjusted to what can reasonably be completed within the remaining appointment time.
- Same-day service changes are considered last-minute adjustments and may result in additional fees.
- Clients arriving with less than 40–50% lash retention may require an extended refill or full set appointment.
